About Our Studio.
Nicole Baldino and Michele Corsentino are the owners of The Bar Method Marlboro. They met informally in February of 2014 when Nicole moved to the suburbs and started taking classes at the Shrewsbury studio, where Michele was an instructor. They were formally introduced on a professional level through Shrewsbury’s studio owner, Chrissy Valerio. Chrissy thought they would make a great team, and she was right! They both have the same devotion to Bar Method and worked passionately together to help bring The Bar Method to Marlboro.
Nicole’s Bar Method journey started at the Summit studio in 2010 when she took her first class. After that class, she knew that barre would be her lifelong sole workout and decided she wanted to eventually open a studio. Michele’s journey started in 2010, when, after falling in love with Bar Method after only a few short weeks, decided to go through instructor training. She also knew that one day, she would own a studio.
Both Nicole and Michele love how Bar Method not only changes the shape of people’s bodies, but improves posture, increases flexibility and makes them stronger. Together they have created a space that exudes a sense of community and warmth. They want their studio to be a place where women support and encourage each other to feel good about themselves.
The 4200 square foot studio offers Bar Method classes 7 days a week, as well as on-site childcare 7 days a week. The studio also boasts a locker room with shower, coffee bar and a retail area for workout apparel and accessories.
Nicole and Michele love teaching The Bar Method because they feel it makes a positive difference in the lives of others and creates a supportive community like nothing else. They are thrilled to be the owners of The Bar Method Marlboro studio and are so grateful for this opportunity and for their clients, staff, and Marlboro community.
Nicole, Michele and the entire Bar Method Marlboro team looks forward to meeting you and transforming your body one class at a time.
